Biography of Ittihad
Educational
Society
Introduction
Ittihad Educational
society was established in 1996 in Quetta city, Pakistan with the
motto “knowledge is power use it and share it” by Sir Ali
Mohammadi who worked hard on the basis of his qualifications and
ideas and worked on a regular, permanent, day-to-day and weekly
basis for the development of this peripatetic centre. The basis of
elegance theory and confirmed trust brought this centre into
existence. It was existed to virtually eradicate the root of
illiteracy and widespread ignorance from the society and educate
male and female. While English is a language but it is as
necessary as knowledge and it is the source of civilization in
this century.
In the common perception, I would love to say that
this English centre was established to evaluate better English
language proficiency of individuals whose mother tongue is not
English as a result of which, they come across number of problems
due to lack of a strong hold this particular language in all
aspects. That’s why this centre was organized and it was formed on
the basis that people were coming across number of problems due to
lack of a strong hold of this particular language.
Why it was named Ittihad?
The
word “ITTIHAD” is a Persian word which refers to unity and
coalition. Why it was named this Persian word, because “unity” is
the state of being in agreement and working together and the state
of being joined together to form one unit and it was named to work
co-operatively and honestly and they were intended to achieve a
particular purpose by creating many sorts of important and useful
things, in order to gain their aim and purpose and to develop the
students successfully and skillfully.
There is also a
well-known proverb for all of us to reflect on:
“Unity is strength”
Our motto:
Knowledge is power use it and share it.
Let the burning candles of awareness be lighted by intellectual,
social and political workers. The only thing, which can extinguish
it, is disappointment. Therefore, we are being the responsible
youth of a suppressed and depressed nation should never let it
extinguished and the only way is to believe in the power and
strength of great knowledge. The people must be led toward a
knowledgeable and educational direction for getting their
progressive society and economic and litical rights by remembering
the fact that “without knowledge and education nothing can be
achieved.” It is the real power to use and to share it.
There is a well-known proverb from Imam Ali (A.S)
about knowledge. He said, “May God have mercy on the person who
has knowledge of where he has come from, where he is now and where
he will be.
Everyone needs to know about themselves. We must
know about ourselves, about our past, about our present and about
our future. We should know what our needs are. Where we come from
and where we are going. What our good and bad qualities are and
what good qualities we need to have. How is our life in this
world? Is there any eternal for us? Under what conditions do we
live?
For all these things, we must have knowledge and
just on the basis of this knowledge we can manage our lives
properly. Otherwise, we cannot play our roles properly better in
our lives in this world because knowledge is the real power which
makes man powerful for ever.
Primary 0bjective
Presumably, this training course had
got two primary objectives and seted realistic aims and objective
for the society.
First, those students who were really interested in
studying English to finish the lack of this strong hold of this
particular language, needed to get admission in this centre and
along with this, it was established to eliminate the deep-rooted
illiteracy and widespread ignorance from the society (viz, Urdu
and Persian) and the training classes could be attended for having
a better improvement of your skills (what you might have read),
reviewing of your language proficiency and gaining a maximum
efficiency in the desired skill you feel not satisfied.
Therefore, at the beginning there were only ten
(10) or twelve (12) students who studied English just before they
took the training classes, was not likely to have much effect on
their performance because English proficiency involves skills that
ordinary can be achieved only after a long period of practice and
study. Reviewing what you have already learned, however, can be
very helpful, and so can knowing what to expect you need to
acquire the training classes
Aim
The academy aims an educational system which
provides scientific and technological education to every man,
woman and child to enable them to take honorable and admirable
place and rank in a society. This is an important task, and the
education system has the responsibility to train the young girls
and boys to undertake this task with comprehension and good sense.
The aim of “Ittihad Educational Society” is to witness an advanced
society in the field of education. Ittihad is to train and prepare
the students mentally to enable them to boldly face the
consequences of real life and as well as changing the condition in
their favor. The academy aims a paramount and rapid promotion in
educational and social awareness to motivate men and women to
develop their potential and to contribute to national development.
In order to give women a role in society, there is a need to
prepare a new generation that will develop confidence in woman and
encourage self-confidence in women themselves. So, the academy is
determined to entitle them to receive an education that would
enable them to participate in the world of realities and
responsibilities.
Mission.
Our mission is to alter the society
and improve our educational, social and cultural setup and our
strategy is to achieve our mission through expansive atmosphere,
in order to create supportive measure and as well as promote
awarness to make people feel the need of knowledge. In other
words, to finally approach a better civilized form of society.
Post after this
mission, they worked collectively and combinedly to finally reach
a civilized form of society.
Our strategies
Education system
should be reconstructed for the effective utilization of resources
to meet the needs. It can be done by organizing evening classes an
part time programs. The curriculum does not provide what men and
women need in their lives, so educational advantages, home
economics, social problems and other essential works which are
related to education, should be introduced in the curriculum, in
order to make them feel the need of education. Education of women
can be vastly helpful in improving the society. Developing,
teaching and learning techniques that make use of the available
teacher supply should be defined in curriculum. It also needs to
be considered that how women could save time for education. If
schools day is shortened then there is a chance that she could
benefit from educational opportunities. The other important thing
is that part time programs could be planned. Boys and girls should
be provided equal educational opportunities. Separate schools
should be established for girls and boys. To serve the needs of
tribes, special schools could be established for nomads. The
establishment of women centers could help a lot in development.
Most important is to educate “educators” regarding the social
needs of the men women. Programs should be planned to motivate men
and women to develop their potential and to contribute to national
development and to enable them to be better equipped in their real
lives pursuit. In order to give women role in society, there is a
need to prepare a new generation that will develop confidence in
women and encourage self-confidence in women themselves. Women are
entitled to receive an education that would enable them to
participate in the world of realities and responsibilities. Needs
of men, women and child should be analyzed. New knowledge has to
be imparted to men and women. The method of imparting new
knowledge also requires to be considered.
There would be a variety of approaches and
different groups of women would probably benefit from different
levels and kinds of educational programs. Literacy campaigns could
also be conducted to promote education. Educational opportunities
should be extended. So, in this way we will have a progressive and
better civilized form of society.
